Bit4id came back to Milan to take part in a new training session organised by Elite, the programme which supports SMEs in their growth path, leading them to success.
On 19 and 20 June there were the courses of the second education module included in the “get ready” phase of the programme, during which the companies receive a theoretical training, held by specialized professionals and Bocconi professors, to improve some specific skills.
While the meetings of May were about dimensional growth and growth strategies into foreign countries, during this month appointments the discussion was focused on the company structure and the governance at the service of growth. Two intense and interesting days with many advices to create a strong board of directors, to manage the corporative controls and to choose the most appropriate type of organization for each kind of company, depending on its dimension and market.
Antonio Chello and Luca Mocerino, respectively Bit4id Ceo and Cfo, took part in the Elite meetings of May and June and they will go back to Piazza Affari in September for the next appointments.
Participating in Elite is a great opportunity for Bit4id to gain access to industrial and financial networks and to obtain exposure in an international context.
