On Monday, 7 January, Bit4id inaugurated the first Python Web Engineer Academy, the free course aimed to train young talents and let them join the company.

In partnership with Consorzio Clara and the University of Sannio, the Academy offers a seven-week course in a classroom arranged with the best technological equipment. The training activities include a theoretical session with Corrado Aaron Visaggio, professor at University of Sannio, and practical exercises with the Bit4id R&D director.

Participants, all between the ages of 18 and 30 years, are brilliant students and IT lovers selected to join a high-level training course: at the Academy they will learn how to project and implement distributed systems. Following a practical approach, they will start with simple programs in Python and will arrive to scalable architectures based on docker. The main topics debated will be:

  • Web services with Docker, Docker-compose and Python (backend trail)
  • Design system for front-end with Sketch and Sass
  • IT security and digital identity

At the end of February, the young participants will be ready to start a new adventure: those who will pass the final exam will have the chance to work in the company and become part of the team.
