First party audit is a process to ensure a company meets internal requirements or standards. It is performed by auditors employed within the organization or by someone from an outside consulting firm. It is very useful in evaluating the effectiveness of an organization and to measure adherence to standards and rules.

The consulting firm QBM – Quality Business Model, specialized in Company Management Systems, organized a 16 hour course for quality managers, system administrators etc.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding ISO 9001:2015 requirements connected with audit activities
  • Learning how to plan and conduct effective audits
  • Acquiring basic skills for internal audits paying close attention to processes and their improvement
  • Understanding audit process and its interactions with other Quality Management Systems processes
  • Identifying the importance of internal auditors according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2011 principles
  • Providing information about the following steps to become Quality Management Systems auditor, according to the main national and international certification schemes

Participants will be provided with handouts and exercises. The teachers will be Mario Guerrasio, QBM administrator, and Elisa Ferrari, Certitalia Lead Auditor. Certitalia is official partner of the event.

The Auditor Course will take place on 5 and 6 June hosted by Bit4id, in via Diocleziano 107, Naples.

At the end of the course, participants who will pass Intermediate Tests and Final Exam will receive first-party auditor Certification.
